Rev 04- construct 2-hour fire barrier between the building serving horizontal exit and foundation revision as a result of the removal of the emergency generator room, includes removing two columns, adding man door and ventilation to transformer vault, remove slab depression where generator room was located, change slab elevations at based of site stair, refective ceiling revised, added dimensions for clarity, add simpson strong-tie dhu drywall hangers to 2-hr reated walls, calrify diaphragm sheating requriemetns, sitch from 16d to 10d nails, replace solid blocking with two layers of 5/8 gypsum board at 2-hr rated walls

Rev 05 - adding a 2 hour rated damper at the exhaust shaft for the parking garage. The damper will be located at the top of the exhaust shaft where the duct turms horizontally to connect to the exhaust fan.

Approval of design review for the riverscape apartments project on lots 9-12 of the rivernorth subdivision in the river district subdistrict of the central city plan district, including a change to allow the previously-approved burnt orange ceraclad siding to be replaced with a matte black corrugated metal panel siding system (morin matrix series), all contained within an invisible clip and frame system applied as a rainscreen. This approval is granted based on the specific drawings, details and specifications as shown on the approved exhibits c. 1 through c. 17, all signed and dated may 6, 2014, and subject to the following conditions:a. As part of the building permit application submittal, each of the 4 required site plans and any additional drawings must reflect the information and design approved by this land use review as indicated in exhibits c. 1-c. 17. It is the decision of city council to deny the appeal of the northwest district association and uphold the design commissions decision to approve design review for the riverscape apartments project on lots 9-12 of the riverscape subdivision, in the river district subdistrict of the central city plan district, including the following specific elements: four five-story buildings with exterior materials including brick, metal panel, ceraclad panel, nichiha lap siding, perforated metal panel railings, slatted wood fencing and garage doors, steel-reinforced painted vinyl windows on the upper floors, and aluminum storefront window systems on portions of the ground floor; raised docks, retaining walls, stairs, paved walkways, landscape planting materials and exterior lighting; and below-grade parking garages with loading spaces, a rooftop deck on the lot 11 building, and two landscaped public courtyards in and adjacent to the 46-0-wide public easements running through the center of each block
