Special exception for relocation of lot lines to create seven lots (lots a thru g) from one existng lot, for the erection of an attached structure (maximum height nte 38 feet) with cellar , roof deck accessed by a pilot house (no t to exceed feet above the roof line) with interior parking for one automobile , accessed bya common driveway easement, on each of proprosed parcels a through g, each for use as a single family dwelling.(size and location as shown on the application)

Permit for a lot adjustment to create four (4) lots (parcels "a" through "d") from one (1) existing lot. For the erection of an attached structure with cellar, partial roof deck and pilot house for roof deck access on each proposed parcel (height of all structures not to exceed 38-0"; pilot houses not to extend more than 10-0" above roof line). Proposed parcels "a", "b" and "c" to be used as four (4) dwelling units each; proposed parcel "d" to be used as three (3) dwelling units. Sizes and locations as shown in application plan.

Subdivision of existing vacant lot into (7) parcels, each to have a (4) story, sfd with cellar, roof top deck, and off street parking. Parcels a,b,c,d,e & f to have a (1) car garage and parcel g to have (2) car garage. Each garage to be accessed by a common driveway at the rea of the proposed parcels.
