It was noticed that the wooden floor in the large main room on the first floor was dropping slightly in the corner. Upon further inspection it was determined that a few of the joists in the basement are beginning to rot due to the infiltration of moistures water flows toward the houses foundation when it rains installation of drainage would mitigate this problem.
