Authorization to proceed replace the slate roof at the front of the building to match the historic adjacent property. New slate will be 8 x 14 bengal slate tiles. Repair internal gutter at the base of the mansard roof. Replace flat roof at the uppermost level by the removal of the existing roof and in the installation of a new 4 flat roof. Repair existing chimney remove existing mortar that coats the historic brick and repoint the historic brick. New mortar must match the historic in color texture composition and tooling.
