Partial demolition of existing attached structure. For the erection of an addition above the existing attached structure with four (4) roof decks at the second story level, a roof deck at the third story level, a roof deck above the third story, and a roof access structure. See approved plans for size location. For a vacant commercial space on the ground floor frontage (use registration permit required prior to occupancy) and multifamily household living for seven (7) families. Roof decks accessory to residential use only.

Size and location as shown on application plans. For use a vacant tenant space on the 1st floor level (use registration permit required prior to occupancy) with one (1) accessory parking space and multi-family (seven (7) dwelling units) household living.

Complete change in use and occupancy classification. For the erection of an addition and fit out as per approved plans. Entire building to be sprinklered per nfpa 13 (exterior wall openings). Separate permit required for any mep and fire suppression work. Type b dwelling units to be provided as per plans. For use as a vacant commerical space on the 1st floor (u&o permit & co reqd prior to occupancy) and seven (7) dwelling units throughout. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 9 feet of building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate building and or streets department permits are required.
