He said that he is very satisfied with the response of the officer and he appreciates their response last night. Mr. Large said that there are also broken windows in the house and there is an accumulation of trash in the yard. Please be advised that mr. Large reported that there are human feces on the porch and in various places in the yard and that he has observed people who appear to be homeless using the yard as a toilet. He said that he can smell the feces from his property. He said that he would greatly appreciate whatever the city can do relative to the enforcement of applicable codes and ordinances.
