Ut thomas garage fire pump upgrade

Revise point of connection for secondary water source to fire pump serving the u. T. Palm apartment building. The u. T. Palm apartment building is currently under construction under a different permit number.

Install fire sprinkler system in new palm apartments. Attach to gc permit #bld-16-0445757

The university of tampa request a temporary use for stock and set-up permit to install furniture phase 2a apartments. Charles jackson with the university has spoken to bob bass about this request.

Install fire alarm system in new apartment building at the university of tampa. 1 2 of building to be completed early-2017 and second half to be completed mid-2017. Building to be connected to existing palm apts building, new fire panel and existing fire panel to be networked together. Please refer to master permit #bld-16-0445757

Phase a start moving people in temp certificate of occupancy. The university of tampa temp certificate of occupancy to start moving students in phase 2a apartments. Charles jackson with the university has spoken to bob bass about this request.

New exterior wall and foundation to add brick veneer to the west elevation of ut residential complex phase 1. Existing building is 9 stories but this brick is only going up 6 stories at the south end.

Submit plan revisions for changing out inlet in courtyard with a manhole, adding and relocating drainage structures in the courtyard, and regarding in the courtyard. So included is plan changes including revise layout of seat walls and courtyard hardscape. We have also added walkoff mats at the north west exist stair. Landscape plans and structural plans are included with this submittal for the proposed changes in the courtyard. No changes are proposed to the number of trees removed on site or utilities.
