Remove iron gates at 2 location and install alum glass doors at corner of howard and lombard and corner of hopkins and lombard

Construction of a 24 x 44 x 9 l-shaped mortared concrete block wall to be faced in a standard 4 x 8 brown brick vaneer with mortar joints no wider than 3 4. This aforamentioned wall unit be fixed to a 16 wide 12 deep poured concrete base with sub-base below frost line the purpose of this wall is to contain two large dumpsters so that dumpsters are no longer visible to the public as per plan as per code. No mechanical and electrical work to be done.

Install one 400amp 4 volt feeder to twon new 400amp 4 volt panels and one 75 kva transformer for 2-225 amp 120 208 panels to power lights and recepticles on new exterior bill boards. Reference of permit#com2003-31943 issued on 7-8-03

Energey performance contract; replace 267 devices same size and location. Work done to code.

Total signage 8166 sq ft. None on the public right of way. All work to be done on baltimore street. Note: a condition of zoning is that proof of billboard location removal at other sites is to be submitted to the zoning office to compliment the installation of new signs at this location.
