Repairs to address violations: remove soft copper at water heater on second floor, repair faucet in lavratory on second floor, correct water pressure thru out first floor, remove all fixtures and plug waste and water opening on third and fourth floor. Masonry repairs to include:tuckpointing through out as needed, repair damaged bricks as needed. Electrical repairs to include: install new circuits, install new lighting fixtures and one service.
