Interior alterations of existing studio space (in an existing commercial building) to include the construction of new offices one existing door and existing interior windows (to be salvaged and reused) two new doors to be constructed a ramp to be constructed in the adjacent vestibule a new 48" x 48" pipe grid ceiling to be constructed in the new offices and renovated studio a new poured concrete floor to be poured as per plans as per code.
