Install two 153 sq, ft illuminated wall signs, one on the east face and the other on the north face, and install a 22 sq. Ft. Wall sign above the customer entrance on the north face per plans.

Sidewalks at the southwest corner of fulton street west and division ave south adjacent to the gallery on fulton parking ramp. The city of grand rapids parking department is having bird netting installed a the top, bottom and side of the gallery on fulton building on all open areas to eliminate bird accessing, roosting and nesting in the parking ramp. No vehicle traffic adjustment necessary. Pedestrian traffic on sidewalks adjacent to the gallery on fulton parking ramp will be blocked off during netting installation.
