Remove replace deteriorated bricks for parapet wall to address violations, remove damaged bricks and reinstall to existing height for existing chimney,remove and reinstall one glass block window for existing washroom, tuckpointing repairs for entire building and remaining three chimneys, add seperation wall for existing chimney with damper. Repair rebuild retaining wall at basement entrance. Repair soffits and fascia to address violations. All work to be same as existing, no physical changes
