The applicant has requested an environmental (sepa) determination and preliminary plat approval for a lot subdivision located in the residential 8 dwelling units per acre zone. There would be one tract of land consisting of steep slopes on the west portion of the site that would be set aside as a native growth protection area. A request for modifications from city of renton street standards has been requested to allow a 42 foot right-of-way for a new public street and a 45 foot diameter cul-de-sac. The project will require a public hearing. 4/7/08 - hearing examiner recommended the city council approve the proposed plat as a nine (9) lot plat not ten (10) lots.
