Hvac: attached are the revised installation modifications you requested during your field inspection. Fire dampers were added to outdoor air ducts entering the l-3 suite from the second floor above. Also, a fire damper detail has been added. In regards to the energy calculation submission, we have attached the exemption status paragraph waiving the requirement for this calculation. Due to the historic nature of the facility, an energy calculation is not required per florida building code: energy conservation-2014, 5th edition. We have highlighted this paragraph for your convenience. Also, the pvc condensate lines located in any air plenum will be totally wrapped with a fire retardant insulation similar to armaflex fr or approved equal. Plumbing: mr. Frank paleveda the use of cpvc pipe with solvent fittings for domestic cold and water lines are approved by engineer of record.

Tco request for use of areas completed and final inspected, the areas completed are entire 1st floor with exception of se space which is to remain vacant until tenant is acquired. Entire 2nd floor execpt ne space with some work to remain. The areas to remain vacant or require work are se space on 1st floor (vacant until future tenant), 2nd floor ne office area (2000sf)-millwork, flooring, plumbing and electrical trim out still be completed in 2nd fl ne. Basement to remain vacant and still needs mechanical closet and soffit to be completed. All areas have active sprinkler and fire alarm.
