Hvac: attached are the revised installation modifications you requested during your field inspection. Fire dampers were added to outdoor air ducts entering the l-3 suite from the second floor above. Also, a fire damper detail has been added. In regards to the energy calculation submission, we have attached the exemption status paragraph waiving the requirement for this calculation. Due to the historic nature of the facility, an energy calculation is not required per florida building code: energy conservation-2014, 5th edition. We have highlighted this paragraph for your convenience. Also, the pvc condensate lines located in any air plenum will be totally wrapped with a fire retardant insulation similar to armaflex fr or approved equal. Plumbing: mr.
