Replacement of 45% of the of the siding at the 1901 bristol property. On the front elevation the bottom 65% of siding has been previously replaced and we would like to replace the upper 35% with matching cypress siding to achieve continuity of the front elevation. For the left, rear and right elevations we would like to replace the lower 50% of the siding that is rotten and is in disrepair. The upper 50% of the left, rear and right elevations will remain intact because the siding is in good standings, we will powerwash and paint these areas. All exterior trims boards, ie. Corners and door trim will be replaced with 1x6s that are period correct.
