There are two building at this site address 19 ( building 1) and 19 1 2 (building 2). Building 1 is facing osborne is vacant and has been vacant nd secured in accordance to citys requirements since 2005, i am applying for an inspection permit to verify that this building is secured according to code requirement. Code enforcement has reinspected and verified that it is vacant and secured, therefore not in violation of zoning use as being used as a illegal rooming house. Building 2 is vacant and secured; the scope of the work is : exterior- roofing repair less than 100sf roofing cover, replace 1 lf of fascia. Hvac- reroute hvac duct install registers thermostat vents . Electrical-remove repair as needed outlet, smoke detectors, fixtures, wiring. Plumbing- remove any and all broken pipes fixture leaks as needed. Paint patch finish walls floors and ceiling as needed . Remove and replace cabinets, cracked doors trim weather stripping. Repair window hard ware and secure. Maintain all
