Repair on existing quartz light above the loading dock door with a new 100w metal halide fixture. 3. Replace 22 existing 8 ft t12 fluorescent ballast and 44 8 ft t12 lamps with new t8 ballast and lamps 4. Replace 1 4ft t12 ballast lamp with t8 ballast and lamps 5. Replace the existing exit light with an exit/emergency combination light. 6. Re-install two loose switches and replace missing cover plates. 7. Correct wiring to fluorescent light in rear office - hard wire to remove extension cord. 8. Add one receptacle at desk to remove extension cord 9. Add one receptacle for a/c unit to remove extension cord. 10. Add one receptacle for printer 11. Secure loose mounted receptacle at door. 12.
