2-lot short plat with 4 "tracts". Initially submitted to king county and approved by king county as a 2-lot short plat with an access tract and a critical areas tract in the ne corner containing a class n stream and a kc class 3 wetland. Later on 8-18-06 county approved a "minor modification" to allow two additional "future development tracts". Additional notice was apparently not given to neighbors and the required environmental review was not conducted by the county. File transferred as as approved but not yet recorded short plat from king county file #l05s0044. One trailer on site to be demolished. 4-17-09 king county approves revised plat subject to numerous conditions including wetland impact mitigation plan buffer enhancement plan and strret trees as the applicant proposed reducing the wetland buffer from 75 to in width. Distance to stream not addressed.
