Non- structural: kitchen and bath remodel keeping same square footage. Kitchen remodel: we are turning a peninsula into an island by partly removing a non-load bearing partition wall. We will move the fridge across the kitchen and reroute water for the ice maker (by licensed plumber). Electrical wiring will be rerouted to the island (by licensed electrician). Otherwise the kitchen keeps the same footprint. We will change cabinets and counters. Master bath remodel: we are removing current shower and bath tub and installing new shower and jetted bath tub, plumbing fixtures drains to stay fixed in location. New toilet. A non load bearing wall separating shower toilet room and rest of bathroom will be partially removed to a knee wall. A new circuit interior exterior: replace sliding glass patio doors with new identically sized door. Replace pool bath exterior door with new identically sized door.
