The porch will have wooden framing decking and railings. The gutters will be 5 half round aluminum gutters in white. The porch roof will be bolted to the rear of the house in a manner that is as minimally damaging to the historic fabric as possible. The applicant will submit details to chap staff for review and approval regarding the proposed stain or paint colors roofing material and downspouts.
