This application request is for adding a screen/lanai enclosure in my backyard (lot/block 24/29). According to the attached property survey, this addition requires the city of tampa approval for a variance as the enclosure touches slightly the wetland dotted line mark, please see attached survey and request document. I have already obtained the heritage isles hoa approval, attached. In summary, the following is requested for approval please: (1) adding screen/lanai enclosure (backyard). A concreate footer of 26 ft x 29 ft (10"x10") is required on two sides. The other 2 sides of the screen will rest on existing patio. (2) adding a concreate slab inside the above enclosure with a size of 26 ft x 12. 7 ft (4 inch thickness) (3) apply travertine and/or ceramic on top of existing patio and concreate slab. As mentioned above, request includes a slight variance to existing land survey of wetland line (details on attached survey).
