Remove and replace 14sq of asphalt shingles and 8 sq of modified bitumen.

Remove and replace (1) exterior door and (1) sliding glass door at rear wall of house. Equal doors to replace existing doors. This is the only work that we are currently contracted to perform. Customer is performing drywall repairs, texturing and painting interior. Customer is removing demolition debris from illegal addition that had been added and since removed from the back of home.

This was a condemned house that was sold to the current owner. There was a demolition order that was stayed. This permit is for the partial demolition of the house. This portion was constructed illegally and shoddy. Most of the demolition has been done by others (unknown) or by mother nature (parts were falling). The remaining work is hauling the debris. There is not structural demolition. Plumbing has already been capped and electrical terminations terminated before current owner (or my involvement). Per instructions from nathalie halsall, regarding permit number bld-17-0450661, i am submitting this permit application. Approximate square footage of demolition area is 856 sq. Ft., leaving base square footage and slabs from previous fep and fop.
