This is a revision to permit b1604669. We are seeking a permit to reconstruct the pre-existing deck, which would be in line with the other row-houses to our left and right. The previous owner noted that the original deck collapsed following an earthquake. He didnt have money to replace it, so instead he himself built a temporary structure - landing and steps - so he could exit the kitchen to the backyard. The survey that was submitted reflects that temporary structure. In accordance with section 203. 2, we would like to receive a permit to rebuild the original deck.

Existing 2 story row house over a basement. Partial interior alterations to all levels including installation of a new hvac system, remodeling the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and rebuilding the rear addition in kind demo 1 exterior wall of existing addition.

Interior demolition of non-bearing elements in a space up to 5,0 square feet (464. 5 square meters)

Revision to previously approved permit # dcra project b1604669. Revised scope includes full remodeling of 2nd floor. Original permit set only included partial remodeling of this level. Note: this revision does not affect or change the work that was previously approved for the following: -zoning -green building -electrical metering/panel schedule -number of plumbing fixtures -mechanical systems therefore review by zoning, green building, mech., electrical, & plumbing are not required for this revised scope.
