Remove non-original sunroom and construct an open trellis at existing porch.

Approval of the proposal to remove a non-original sunroom on the west elevation of the existing house and replace it with an open trellis including:- two tapered round columns made of fiberglass- seven wood rafters for the overhead trellis. The rafter tail details will be designed to replicate those on the existing house. This approval is as per the approved site plans, exhibits c-1 through c-5, signed and dated july 31, 2105, subject to the following conditions:a.
