I would like to remove the oak tree on the easement directly in front of my entrance door. This tree has lifted the sidewalk, is currently lifting the curb on the street side. The roots have infiltrated my lawn and is wrapping around the sewer line which can cause a major problems. Arbor greene has shaved the sidewalk twice now and i am afraid of being sued. The cdd has approved the removal of the tree and jason von merveldt has been in contact w/kathy beck of the city of tampa regarding this tree. The cdd has agreed to plant two additional trees in arbor greene per city requirements.
