Inquiry for a duplex

1. Replace knob and tube wiring in attic with 14 gauge wire throughout main floor including led can lighting in basement as outlined in drawing. 2. Install 50a afci sub panel with 6 gauge wire. 3. Remove lav and replace with 2 lavs with new flanges and install a shower and a tub 4. Remove existing bathroom to replace with 2 new bathrooms 5. Add electrical outlets, switches and gfci as needed. 6. Increase vertical size of south acing window to 42 inches to allow for legal egress. 7. Run new ng pipe to fireplace, kitchen ranges and laundry drier.
