Public row (restoration): removal of existing trees, brush and vines only. Work shall be completed as directed by the dps inspector. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) and stabilization shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by clearing operations on this site. A permit from state of maryland forest, park and wildlife services is required for tree removal and/or planting of any trees on improved rights of way prior to driveway construction.
