Repairs to kitchen and bathroom that were damaged by water leak.

We intend on building a two-family residential building, with four bedrooms per each unit. Totalling approximately 6,8 square feet (including basement), the four story (including basement) building will consist of wood and masonry exterior cladding, and will be comprised of a new structure and foundation. New electrical, lighting and plumbing will be designed and installed to code requirements, as well as new forced-air hvac systems for each unit. The structure is being designed to a leed platinum standard, and will include a green roof, custom landscaping, and a shared garage.
