Remove and replace existing basement slab (basement slab on grad to be 4" concrete slab on grade reinforced with one layer of 6x6-w1. 4xw1. 4 welded wire mesh on top of 4" gravel sub base and 8mil vapor barrier.) interior walls flooring and roof. New interior walls framed with 2x4 with r-9 poly-iso rigid insulation. Replace floor joist in kind into existing new sub floor rafter and sheathing remove and replace stairs. 12 interior doors new 4" basement slab with drain tile perimeter and new wood trim. 12 new windows new roofing and gutters new 6" concrete slab with 4" gravel base 172 sf of new sidewalk. Replace wood sills in kind new stairs with handrail all stair cases have to be 9" tread min 8 1 4" rise max and 36" width and all handrails must be at least 36" in height. As per drawing and as per code.

Install (1) 1 amps electric service up to 600v (#amps) (25) # branch circuits feeders (25) # low voltage as per code.

Install (1) 240 btu air-con system condensor (1) # new distribution system (1-2 family) (1) 720 btu fuel-burning equip(furnace) as per code.
