Double any rafters cut by pfb. Replace 4x8 side porch roof. Debris removal and demolition may reveal more damage, with field assessment to be called for by contractor. Window and exterior door replacements to be minimum cl 65 and 54, respectively, with 1 escape window per bedroom. Insulate opened 2x4 exterior walls and sloped ceiling with r15, purlin and 2x6 sloped ceiling with r21, and flat attic with r38. Electrical and hvac under separate permit.
