Right-of-way permit required to work on the right-of-way.

Excavation and placement of concrete must be done under the direction of a structural engineer as indicated on the certification of the work filed with the approved plans. Engineers certification containing inspection dates and approvals must be filed with the building official within days of the completion of this work. Approximately 28 linear feet of underpinning is required (basement height is not increasing a portion of the existing party walls were not excavated to the same depth as the rest of the building) as per plans as per code.
