New insultation (r49 for roof r21 for exterior walls) mech elect and plumbing permit to be obtained separately) replace slab in basementw/4" concrete slab and gravel at ex. Grade. New 12x19 concrete pad at backyard 4" gravel 6" concrete (228) sq. Ft) as per code

Install (1) 75 btu 92% gas furnace with 2 ton a/c supply and return duct work as per code gas by others

Remove damaged concrete in basement 3 sq. Ft. Replace with 4" new concrete. Work done to code on existing grade no curbing/underpinning.

Demo existing concrete yard approximately 12x17. Replacing with 4" of concrete approximately 12x17 204.

Install new 1 amp panel and service 25 circuits. Low voltage - phone cable new smoke detectors and bonding as per code.

Structural alterations/interior work 352 sq ft - underpinning of foundation walls as per attached engineers plans and certification. The engineer certification is required at completion of work and with a report of the exact dates of periodic inspections during the construction. Existing basement height = 6-0" proposed height = 8-0" as per code. As per drawings.
