Roof replacement: entire flat roof. Remove existing roof and haul away debris. Furnish and install a new 0 white epdm roof over 1/2 inch insulation at upper flat roof and lower roof. Insulation to be set with plates and screws. At tapered portion of roof and parapet wall, furnish and install a new landmark architectural shingle roof over 30lb felt. Tie new epdm roof in to new shingle roof with new aluminum flashing. Furnish and install ice and snow shield underlayment at eave of tapered roof. Wall caps and flashing to be new white 032 aluminum. Vent pipes to be flashed with new epdm. Furnish and install ice and snow shield at perimeter of trap door. Trap door to be re-flashed covered with new white 032 aluminum. Skylight louver base and upper meter to be painted with aluminum roofing paint to help prevent rust. Garage roof replacement: remove existing roof and haul away debris.
