Furnish and install lcomplete fire protection sprinkler system for the 2nd 3rd and 4th flrs. Systems shall be designed based on a nfpa-13r occupancy. Sprinkler heads are excluded from bathrooms less than 55 sq. Ft. And closets less than 24 sq. Ft. 1st 5th and 6th floors to be submitted under a seperate permit

Install new low voltage fire alarm system per plans & specifications.

Interior renovation install kitchen cabinets paint sand floors and upgrade in general. Install new receptacles and switches upgrade breaker panels. Remove and replace bathroom fixtures. Remove and replace hot water heater. As per code.
