We will be building a utility structure which is feet long by 16 feet wide. There will be an enclosed area on one end that is 16 feet wide by 15 feet long, leaving the remaining 15 feet long covered but not enclosed. The position of the building will be positioned at the north end of the lot, starting 4 feet out from the propertly line on the north and the west sides. A 4" concrete slab will be placed down before the building is erected as described in the site specific plans that we have included here with the application. There will be no electricity or water run to this structure. There will be one 36" wide man-door, and one 8 wide roll-up door. It will take one day to prepare the concrete, which will then need at least one week to cure before we can put the building in place. The building will take one day to build.
