Install 5465 of 2" mpe gas main and 15 of mpe 1 1/4" gas main. Retire 5465 of 2" steel gas main and 5 of 1 1/4" pe gas main. 1. Five foot separation from other utilities is to be maintained wherever possible. Three to five feet is allowed but must be asbuilt for our records. 2. Anything less than three feet (one foot is pse minimum with certain restrictions) the inspector must be notified in advance and may be allowed if you and the pse inspector agree it is the only reasonable location. Again the asbuilt drawings are to detail the encroachment. 3. Trench restoration is required per city of renton standards. Grind and overlay will be required. No variance was applied for or granted. 4. Notification of the neighborhood is required a minimum of two days in advance of work. 5. Copy of the approved control plan must be available on site. 6.
