Roof replacement, scope includes remove the epdm membrane, insulation, and metal roof systems to the wood decking. Inspect the wood sheathing and replace any deteriorated wood sheathing. Install a new roof hatch. Install polyiso insulation over the entire roof area, incorporating tapered edge strip at the eave to promote positive drainage to the gutter. Insulation will be mechanically attached with screws and plates. Install mil tpo or epdm membrane over the entire roof area, flashing all rooftop penetrations per manufacturer standard details. Membrane will be secured at the rising walls with termination bar. Fabricate and install new kynar pre-finished metal flashing at the outer perimeter edges, flashing to roof membrane accordingly. Counter flash the chimney and rising masonry walls with new kynar pre-finished metal. Fabricate and install new kynar pre-finished box gutters, tying into the existing downspouts.
