Construct building addition and utility services

The proposed project is located southwest of the knapp street and m-37 (e beltline ave) intersection. The project involves the removal and replacement of an existing -mile long entrance driveway and includes stormwater drainage improvements. The runoff from the driveway will be routed to two places: an existing detention basin located to the south on kisd property and an existing storm sewer in knapp street. The existing impervious area is not being increased or decreased and stormwater runoff is being directed to its pre-improvement locations.
