Need a vented flow control for the grease interceptor. The wash and first rinse sinks go into the grease interceptor. The grease interceptor needs to tie directly into the sanitary waste. The final rinse sink must drain separately into the floor sink. The hand sink must also drain independent to the floor sink. Need to vent the front floor sink. The drain for the t/p valve must be 3/4 inch inside diameter with the insert fitting the drain is only 1/2 inch. Run the t/p drain to the floor sink with an air gap or to a drain pan that needs to be under the water heater with a 1 1/2 inch drain.
