For the erection of an attache dstructure ( 4010" high); roof deck accessed by a pilot house for a multi-family household living ( 24 dwellng units) with eight(8) garage parking spaces at basement. Size and location as shown in the application

This permit is for phase i for the erection of a four story building for use as twenty-four (24)dwelling units from the first through fourth floor level with eight (8) parking spaces located in the basement level. Phase ii to include the installation of a roof deck with elevator to the roof level to be submitted at a later date(separate permit required for roof deck). Building to be fully sprinklered in accordance with nfpa 13 and standpipes to be located in each stair enclosure. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permtis required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work. A covered walkway or sidewalk closure shall be required within 11 feet of the building facade in accordance with section 3306 of the 2009 ibc. Separate building and or streets department permit required prior to the start of any work.
