Installation of (1) 90% gas furnace 0 btu. Installation of (1) 0 btu air conditioner. Installation of ductwork to condition house. Installation of (1) 18 0 btu air handler with 18 0 btu heat pump. Installation of (3) bath fans. As per code.

Interior demo - category 1frame interior walls (non structural). Install new cabinets drywall doors and trim. All work done as per code.

Construct wooden stairs leading to 17-5" x 8 rooftop deck. All decking to be synthetic. Stairs to be 36" wide with 7 3/4" rise and 11" run landing to be 3 x 3 as per drawing as per code.
