Notice to proceed:union sq historic district - at front: repair masonry columns at sides; reinforce wall with 2 x interior and exterior board bolted through wall; replace damaged second-floor floor joists as needed; repair upper section of masonry wall as needed; masonry and mortar to match existing; install two 1-over-1 wood windows at second floor; rebuild storefront as per plans; install four-panel wood door with transom; install grills over windows and security gate at door. Owner or contractor to call chap staff for site visit when work on storefront begins to review wood detailing around and beneath windows. At side: install six 1-over-1 wood jeld wen windows; retain and paint metal door. All work to be completed as per information plans specs in chap files.
