New porch/stoop will be constructed of wood and painted to match the existing porch. All posts rails balustrades and decorative fretwork to match existing. Install new brick pavers in driveway area and enclose the driveway area with a brick wall and rolling overhead door. A new sloped concrete curb will be located at the base of the door. All work will be done as per plans submitted to chap. Any additional work must be submitted to chap for prior approval.

Install 150amp service an new meter for basement relocate existing 200amp panel to 1st floor. Fed from existing 200amp service. Separate bsmt wiring from 1st floor and 2nd floor.
