Addition of a new wood-framed rear porch with roof and skylights offset from the existing side walls by 1 foot on each end; the new porch will have four wood columns, lap-siding pony walls on all three sides, exposed wood ceiling and rafters, asphalt shingle roofing, and wood railings and central steps down to the back yard; the porch materials will match those of the existing house in type and scale; two new ganged double-hung wood windows on the north elevation after the removal of two original windows from the same area; relocation of one of the original north elevation windows to the south wall of the new rear addition; and patching of areas of wall and siding
