Replace 2 walls of garage replace main water line as per code. Same size and location.

Non-structural alterations interior work 6 sq ft - demo existing kitchen and non-structural walls. Install new kitchen according to designers plans. As per code. As per drawings. Authorization to proceed restore first floor windows on front and rear with work to include sash expanders weather stripping and new stops and parting beads none of which will have any visual impact. Convert 1st floor rear side window into doorway retaining all of the removed bricks and the window. Remove existing non-historic door and storm door from 1st floor bay and install into newly created doorway. Use salvaged bricks to tooth into brickwork to infill existing doorway in 1st floor bay returning the opening to the original configuration of a window; installing the salvaged window. The new mortar will match the existing historic mortar in color composition hardness and profile. Windows and trim to be painted black to match existing. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
