Per bmza 2017-111 as per plans as per code.

Underpinning of foundation walls as per attached engineers plans and certification. The engineer certification is required at completion of work and with a report of the exact dates of periodic inspections during the construction. Existing basement height = 6-0" proposed height = 8-0". As per drawing and as per code.

Exterior work: remove formstone clean cut and point front of brick as per code separate dot permit required

Install new plumbing fixtures and water heater. Replace sanitary water lines and gas piping with new. Install sewage ejection pump and 15 underground pipe. New 15 0 btu stove and 1 0 btu furnace as per code

Install (1) 300 btu air-con system heat pump (1) # new distribution system (1-2 family) (1) 720 btu fuel-burning equip as per code.
