Residential alteration

1. The tree has already pushed up the slab of concrete on the right side of the garage so that it is pressing against the structure of the home. The right side of the garage is flush against the slab whereas the left side has a gap. Further growth by the roots will cause increased damage to the structure of the home. 2. The tree is causing trip hazards on the property where it is pushing up on the driveway on the right side as well as the sidewalk leading to the home and creating multiple other miscellaneous cracks. 3. There is evidence that the roots are growing in line with the sewer system that runs under the driveway. Other neighbors have had to repair their sewer lines due to damage from trees and its only a matter of time until i will have that damage as well. 4. This is a very large tree with heavy limbs that hang over my home. In the case of a strong storm it is very possible that this tree would cause catastrophic damage to the property and/or injury to me personally.
