Add 1 partially below grade egress window in a non-load bearing, cast in place 8" concrete wall on the front of the house. Window well will include egress provisions as required on the douglass county website. Room dimensions will be approximately 10x13. Framing studs on exterior walls will be sealed with foam to the foam board insulation already in place. Room will include one new closet, and one under stair access location.
