The building restoration project for palmavista condominium association of hillsborough county, (15215 amberly dr, tampa 33647) is set to finish this summer in july august, and we are now consulting with a landscaper to redesign the communitys landscape. The upgraded landscape calls for three palm trees at the front entrance; however, there is currently a pine in the middle of the landscaping area. Wed like to schedule a consultation to have someone from the city review our existing layout and proposed landscaping plan. Also, there is another tree we need removed that is in the way of pavement repairs and additions for driveways. Please call me at 813-382-6625 to discuss and to schedule a time to meet. Soil erosion from a large community construction and building restoration project coupled with winds from hurricane irma have severely weakened and toppled elm trees in the palmavista neighborhood at 15215 amberly dr, tampa 33647. The elm trees that are still standing are leaning and do not appear healthy, especially with erosion continuing to occur at the roots. Additionally, palmavista is working with a landscaper and an irrigation company to redesign the communitys appearance, and the landscaping and irrigation plans call for the removal of most of the remaining elms (there are a few that will remain). I have attached an aerial snapshot with a color coded map detailing which trees will be removed and what types of trees will be planted. In total, 7 elm trees will need to be removed, and trees will be planted in the their place around the community. This tree removal application is for the 7 elm trees shown in the attached pdf.
