Temporarily place pods within the public right of way. The permittee agrees to hold montgomery county harmless from any liability associated with the placement of pods in the public right of way. Pods locations and warning devices such as barricades, traffic cones and/or lights are to be placed as directed by the dps inspector. Pods placed for more than 7 days must comply with building setback requirement and permit. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by construction operations on this site. Permit valid for six months, no renewal.
